Great stay! The house was clean and comfortable, will stay again in the future. Very responsive host too!
Great stay. Fully stocked kitchen- right down to the crock pot and roasting pans. Generous rooms, spacious lanai, garage parking, pet friendly! Big comfortable beds in two of the bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa bed that's a little smaller but comfortable as well. Desk area easily accommodates a laptop and two monitors so it was no trouble to work when necessary. Nice neighborhood with two dog parks within 5 minutes (you'll need a temp ID, but if you let them know a few days prior to your arrival, they'll have it waiting on you. This was a great experience in a comfortable home- it's less.like renting from a stranger and more like staying at your aunty's while she's put of town.
Wonderful stay. Beautiful modern home in a great neighborhood. Centrally located and an easy drive to the 3 main town squares. Great bars and restaurants close by. Well stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee. House is very quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! The house is beautiful and located in a centrally located spot close to numerous things to do. The communication was impeccable and instructions were clear. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Sundown Vista! Communication with the host was excellent as they wet above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Securing our guest passes for amenities was a huge bonus. The space is very comfortable and accessible to everything. We would love to stay again.

We were happy with our total experience, even with HURRICANE MILTON approaching. The house was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. We were appreciative with the easy access to be able to communicate with owners, if need be. We felt safe, the neighborhood was walkable for exercise, and very quiet. We would definitely book again as a great get a way!

This place was exactly as advertised. It was very easy to check in and get into the house. Blake made sure that all of our community guest passes were waiting for us in the kitchen upon arrival. The place was very clean. As a neat freak, I very much appreciated the cleanliness of each space. The furnishings were well maintained and the AC worked amazingly! Which was huge given the 90+ degrees each day of our stay. I loved the complementary coffee and sugar. The water pressure was great in both bathrooms. The filtered water from the tap was a nice to have as well. The two king beds were comfortable, the sheets were soft (I hate rough sheets), and the layered blanket/comforter was great. Although we didn't use it due to the heat, the backyard was adorable and if it had been cooler the fire pit would've gotten some use. We loved the location (close to Sumpter Lake square). We did get a gold cart and appreciated the airport pick-up and drop-off. Great place. We will stay here again.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Sundown Vista will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Sundown Vista will match it.
