Monthly or Longer stays require discounted cleaning every 2 weeks paid by guest. Booking guests must be at least 25 years old. This is a NON-SMOKING property. (Fines and cleaning fees apply if violated.) All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense. No more than 10 guests allowed in home including visitors. Please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm.
